Exchange and Return Policy
For the sake of your safety and health, the I&M store does not allow the return or replacement of its products for health reasons and in order to preserve public health, except for defective or damaged products that reach you only.
You can exchange or return the damaged or defective product
Through the customer service available in the I&M store via email or WhatsApp.
(Provided that the replaced or returned product is in its original condition and in its original packaging, and has not been used, opened, or changed the packaging features of the product, in addition to the availability of the original purchase invoice).
You can exchange or return the damaged product within 3 days from the time of receiving the product:
- The exchange or return process may take up to 10 working days.
- A refund will be given after the damaged product reaches us and its condition is confirmed.
- And then transfer the amount to your account within a working period of 3 working days from the date of receiving our product.
- When you want to replace the damaged product, and choose the replacement product, we ask you to transfer the amount of the difference between the damaged product and the replacement product if there is a price difference.
- When shipping (customer request) the parcel and sending to the client that the request has been implemented and a message has been sent to the client with the shipment number of the policy. We apologize for canceling the request or stopping the request after shipping and delivery of shipping companies.
- When the shipment arrives to the customer and the shipment has been returned by the shipping companies after repeated communication with the customer and he has not received the shipment, the customer must bear the value of the costs of the returned shipment back and forth.
